This is the final update unless I find something else i need to fix or refine.

Currently visiting NJ and brought my 48 stick set of Winsor & Newton soft pastel. This is the first time ever using this brand and thought a rough sketch is a good way to start. Done on Fabriano Tiziano, approximately 6 x 8 inches.

A page from the sketchbook

It has been a while since I did any sketches in the sketchbook and since I wasn't in the mood to do anything else, decided to do a couple of small sketches in the book. This was done in a 5 x 8 sketchbook with a lead holder.

Teenie mini pastel painting

My sister has been visiting for the last couple of days and I haven't had the time to do any sketching or painting. Today, I got a little free time and painted a portrait of Kooley with Rembrandt Soft Pastel on a 1.0625 x 1 inch piece of Wallis Sanded paper.

Still working on learning to paint landscapes, this is another Rembrandt Soft Pastels on 2.5 x 3.5 inch Wallis sanded paper.

Quick charcoal sketches

Didn't have any motivation to do anything today and forced myself to do two quick rough charcoal and chalk sketches just to maintain drawing daily.
